MALLING using Western union

Anyone tell me how to fill out western union form to mall plz i live in Caribbean i did what they showed in site and western union agent said cant find person?

I put that exact info and i live in the caribbean and The Western union agent said this company name entered cant be found and maybee the game owner not registered with western union in the caribbean. ANY ONE WHO EVER MALL WITH WESTERN UNION IN THE CARIBBEAN TELL ME PLZZZZZZ

WTH , Western Union is around the world, admin dun need to go to carribean to reg =.=.
