help!! can someone tell me why i am always stuck at loading screenn!!! when i press start game... i followed the steps correctly!! i want to play!!

Same thing happen to me.. Ican't get pass the loading screen... Anyone knows how to solve this can plz help? I am thankful if u share the solution
