glow editing question(GM check~)

well hm...u see...i m trying to change eg pko glow here...it was success....but 50% only success o.o
so can u help me about this?
example for original sword of rapde flame
5007 Sword of Rape Flame 2 8 0 11 22 0 21 0 20 0 0 42 0 0 0.8 1.2 1.2 0.7
(hammer glow)
so i change it to

5007 Sword of Rape Flame 4 10 0 13 30 0 29 0 28 0 0 31 0 0 0.6 1 1 3
(dagger glow)

and i try it

it works when compiling...n i replace the original 1 and reopen my eg pko v1....

it only change a little -_- and still small size when i put the size in "3"(original is 0.7,n it bigger then 3 lol ==)

any solution?
